Well, let's avoid anything that would cause that. Typically, the goal is to be comfortable around each other. Not itchy.

I haven't made up my mind about what I like to wear here. Maybe I should see about getting Dorian to go shopping with me.

He went with me. He's a little fussy, but he means well.

So, dinner, and a walk on the beach. That sounds nice.

[He lays in bed grinning to himself and drops his face into the comforter, making a small "ugh".]

['Fussy, but means well.' Felix likes how Krem can summarize Dorain so succinctly. He's just too distracted by focusing on the date to compliment him on that.]

[New message, he looks up and bites his lips and grins, typing back.

Okay, now to sound casual...]

I'm not busy most nights, so anytime you want to is fine with me.

[Felix stops himself from suggesting they meet tonight. That's a little too soon, he thinks, maybe at least give them 24 hours to figure out where they want to eat. And give himself time to find someone to wear.]

Tomorrow would be good for me. Unless that's too soon?

[And he sends the address for a small restaurant that ACTUALLY! is one of those hole in the wall places that's really good because the food is fresh.]

We should try to have dinner before sunset. Maybe we can plan for the walk to be around that time? Or right before?

[Wow that sounds romantic, he flops back down on the bed.

He finally replies after a minute.]

That sounds good.

[For a second, Felix was worried that he messed up by suggesting something so cheesy, but then Krem replies and he sighs a bit with relief.]

It sounds like it would be a lot of fun.

[HMM he types out a few things, and then finally settles with:]

Just wait, we'll have to explode things in a microwave sometime. I can show you fun.

What's a microwave?

It's great, it's a box that you push some button on, it's like an oven- it cooks things.

But if you put metal in it, it sparks and catches on fire, it's great!

Is it supposed to do that? Like a spell?

I think it's just something it does. Someone said not to put metal in it so of course me and the Chief did as soon as we heard that.

If you want to see something spark, I can do that with my hands.

Though I can see why trusting an Altus might seem more dangerous.

Oh, now we've moved on to telling me what you can do with your hands?

[He's laughing.]

[Felix almost drops the phone out of embarrassment.]

With magic. Not anything untoward. Though I've heard that some can use those tricks for that sort of thing.

I think I found the microwave in my place. I'm going to try to eat up water for tea...

Maker, it's making a weird noise. Are they sure this is safe?

How long did you put it in there for? Is it just a cup and water?

Probably. You might want it a little hotter, but that should work.
